  • Will I receive the 35 Contact Hours for Project Management Education?

    Yes. All our trainings (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) offer at least 35 hours of Project Management education, and once you pass our Final Test you will receive a 35 Contact Hours certificate, which is needed for your registration on the PMP Exam.

  • How does your Final Test look like?

    The Final Test for our 35 Contact Hours Certificate is an online test with 25 multiple-choice questions. You have to answer 17 correctly to pass. Once you pass, you can download and print your certificate. You can take the final test as many times as you need, but the questions will change.

  • How many times can I take the Final Test for the 35 Contact Hours Certificate?

    You can take it as many times as you want, at no extra fee. Note: This Final Test is NOT the PMP Exam. The PMP Exam registration has to go through pmi.org website and the fees are to be paid to PMI directly.

  • How long do I have for passing the final test for the 35 Contact Hours Certificate?

    There is no time limit.

  • When will I receive the 35 Contact Hours Certificate once I pass your final test?

    Once you pass our online test you can download and print your certificate. The certificate is recognized by the PMI (R.E.P # 3023) and more than 45000 students have already taken their certification through this training.

  • Do my 35 Contact Hours have an Expiry Date?

    No. PMI does not mandate any expiry timeline for Contact Hours earned to qualify for the PMP Exam, as long as you retain the proof (Certificate). For example, if you earn the 35 Contact Hours in 2019, there’s nothing stopping you from taking the exam in 2021.

    For the PMI Application, once your application has been reviewed and accepted by the PMI you have one year to pass the exam.

  • How will I get the videos when I register?

    You will get a special link to download all videos. The video files belong to you (you get one license) but they are copyrighted and shall not be shared with third parties. The total size for all videos is a few Gigabytes. A high-speed internet connection is recommended.

  • Can I download to several computers, at work and at home for example?

    Yes, as long as it’s for your own use you can download the videos on several computers. If you want to download at work, note that some companies install firewalls so you might not be able to download there. In that case contact your IT administrator.

  • How fast after my purchase do I access to the Members Area to start my training?

    You get instant access if you want to start your training right away. Once your payment is confirmed, all activation details would be emailed to your sign up email address for your record keeping and references. Additional emails will also be sent within 24h.

  • Can I transfer the videos to my iPad or other mobile devices?

    Yes, Just transfer the MP4 files to your device. For iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, just sync your device with iTunes.

  • Can I see some samples of the videos?

    Yes, go to Pricing on the top menu, select any of the 3 packages, and watch the Demo.

  • How long do I get access to the training material offered by PM Champion?

    The only time restriction is for the PMP Exam Simulator (3 months).  The PMP Exam Simulator clock starts ticking only when you start an exams. The rest of the material is downloaded to your computer and you can access the material indefinitely.

  • Why should I go with your training packages?

  • What payment modes do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal. Some AMEX cards won’t work for online purchases, so if you get an error message please use your Visa or Master Card instead.

  • Is the fee charged by PMI for the PMP Exam included in your packages?

    No. Our PMP packages do not include the fee that PMI charges to take the certification exam. PMI requires PMP candidates to cover that fee directly with PMI.

  • What is your refund policy and how long will it take to get a refund if I'm not satisfied with your packages?

    Requests for refunds are accepted within 7 days of your purchase. We will refund your payment which will be processed within 1 business day on your credit card or PayPal account.

  • How do I get a receipt for my purchase?

    A receipt will be emailed to you after the purchase.

  • Do you keep my Credit Card information on your records?

    No, absolutely not, we don’t even see your credit card information.

  • Can I pay by check or bank draft?

    Yes, please contact us and we will provide the information.

  • Can I pay by wire transfer?

    No, for safety reasons we do not provide any bank account information.

  • What currencies do you accept more easily?

    We accept USD, CAD and Euros. If you pay online, you will pay in USD, and the equivalent will be charged to your account in your local currency.

  • What are the Eligibility Criteria for the PMP Exam?

    To be eligible for the PMP credential, you must meet certain educational and professional experience requirements. You also need some project management education, i.e. 35 Contact Hours of formal education in project management. This is the certificate that we will provide.

  • Which edition of PMBOK Guide is the exam and your training based on?

    The PMP Exam and all our trainings are both based on the PMBOK Guide 6th Edition.

  • Do you provide help for filling out the PMI Application?

    We can provide some guidance by email and phone, however you have to fill out the forms yourself, including your education and experience.

  • How can I calculate my experience hours for the PMI Application?

    As part of our trainings you will receive a “PM Experience Calculator” which will help you calculate the hours spent in each process group. You can also purchase it separately. Go to top menu and click on More.

  • If I pass the PMP Exam this year, and the PMBOK Guide changes in a couple of years, will my PMP Certification remain valid?

    Yes. In that aspect the PMP Certification is like a high-school diploma. Just because the program got updated does not mean your diploma is any less valid.

  • How can I contact PMI for additional information about my application?

  • How can I prevent getting audited?

    You can not. Check our Blog posts on this topic. There is always a 10% to 15% chance that your application might get audited. If your application gets selected for an audit, you will not receive an email with your candidate ID for the PMP exam. Instead, you will receive another e-mail from PMI, which tells you that your application has been selected for an audit, and advises you about the steps to be taken next. Don’t panic. Just follow the instructions.

  • Do you provide Technical Support if I have any trouble with your PMP Packages?

    Indefinitely, until you pass the PMP Exam.

  • What email should I use for asking for technical support?

  • Do you address technical support during week-ends?

    Sometimes, depending on the type of support needed.

  • Do I need any special software to use your trainings?

    No, we provide step by step instructions on how to set up your training.
